About Your Consultant
Real-World Business Experience. Practical Strategy. Continued Education.

Stillwater Business Strategy was built from a blend of real business ownership, hands-on operations experience, and continued professional education in business, finance, project management, marketing, operations, and data-informed decision-making.

I’m Hannah, an independent business consultant and multi-small business founder with over a decade of experience launching, managing, restructuring, and supporting service-based businesses. My work is rooted in practical business structure: helping owners get clear on what is working, what is not working, and what needs to be built next.

My consulting style is straightforward, strategic, and realistic. I believe business owners do not always need more noise, more trends, or more complicated advice. Most need clearer systems, better decisions, stronger foundations, and someone who can help them organize the moving pieces.

At Stillwater Business Strategy, I bring together lived business experience and continued education to help small business owners create clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth.
The Life Behind the Strategy
I did not grow into business strategy from a boardroom.
Â
I grew into it through real life.
Â
I grew up in Minnesota, where I learned early that hard work was not something you talked about. It was something you did. I spent years around horses, dogs, cars, and hands-on work. I learned how to stay calm when things were unpredictable, how to solve problems without perfect instructions, and how to keep showing up when something needed me.
Â
For around 10 years, I rescued and trained horses before moving away from Minnesota. I worked with animals that needed patience, consistency, confidence, and trust before they could move forward. I have also fostered and rescued dogs for more than 20 years, and that work has shaped me in ways I still carry every day.
Â
It taught me that behavior has a reason. That structure creates safety. That trust takes time. That leadership is not about control. It is about clarity.
Â
Those lessons became part of how I see everything, including business.
Â
I always knew I was meant to be an entrepreneur. I was always drawn to building things, fixing things, improving things, and finding a better way forward. Before settling in Oklahoma, I spent time traveling through different parts of the United States, looking for the place and life that felt like mine. Oklahoma eventually became home, and I have lived here for almost a decade now.
Â
I am also a mom. One of my children is autistic, and being his mom has taught me to see the world with more patience, more flexibility, and more awareness. It has taught me that support has to be personal to actually work. Structure matters, but it has to fit the person in front of you.
Â
That belief is a big part of Stillwater Business Strategy.
Â
I know what it feels like to carry big ideas while also carrying real life. I know what it feels like to build something without having every answer first. I know what it feels like to need someone who can help sort through the noise and find the next right step.
Â
That is what I do here.
Â
Stillwater Business Strategy is not built on cold templates or one-size-fits-all advice. It is built on lived experience, practical strategy, honest guidance, and the belief that people can do incredible things when they finally have the right structure around them.
My job is to help you find that structure.
Â
To take what feels scattered and make it clear.
Â
To take what feels overwhelming and make it manageable.
Â
To take what you have been carrying alone and help you turn it into something ready to grow.
A Stronger Foundation Behind the Strategy
In addition to hands-on business experience, I have continued building my knowledge through business, finance, project management, operations, marketing, leadership, and data-focused coursework from Sophia Learning, Coursera, Google, Google Cloud, University of Pennsylvania, LinkedIn Learning, and Coursera Project Network.
Â
This continued education strengthens the way I evaluate business problems, organize systems, guide decisions, and support clients with clear next steps.

I understand what it feels like to run a business while managing customers, systems, money, staffing, marketing, and constant decision fatigue. That perspective shapes how I consult.
Rather than handing clients generic advice, I focus on practical structure that can actually be used inside a real business.
Continued Education & Professional Development
My consulting approach is built from both real-world business experience and continued professional development in business strategy, operations, project management, finance, marketing, leadership, data, and entrepreneurship.
Â
Rather than relying on theory alone, I combine hands-on business ownership, operational leadership, startup development, and structured education to help clients create clearer systems, stronger foundations, and practical next steps.

Community Impact
In addition to Stillwater Business Strategy, Hannah is also developing Evercare Animal Initiative, a community-focused effort created to support animals, fosters, and pet owners through rescue coordination, emergency assistance, education, and transparent community support.
Evercare reflects the same values behind SBS: clear systems, thoughtful planning, practical support, and meaningful impact.
Through this initiative, Hannah continues applying business strategy, community organization, donor transparency, and program development to a cause close to home.
